The need

Toolmart really is a household name, and other than the traffic to its stores, the brand attracts thousands of unique visitors to its website every month. With the online retail environment increasing in popularity and proving a considerable opportunity, it became apparent that there needed to be some work done to attract, retain and market to the strong loyal customer base through the online environment to drive sales. 


The response

The loyalty of the Toolmart customer is considerably high and the response to the Toolmart Toolmates loyalty programme has had some postive impact on online retail sales. Building the brand with the needs of the custmomer was cirtical to the brief, and through discounted member-only rates, first look at catalogues and regular prize draws, Toolmates are rewarded for their loyalty.
