While we’ve put our heads in the sand as much as we could these last few months, there’s no getting around it – it’s almost time for us to bid farewell to Giles after 19 years of Creative ownership.

Although we take some comfort in knowing he’s about to live his best retirement life, we’re going to miss him. The morning pep talks. The Dad jokes. The random outbursts of singing when things get quiet. And, of course, the dedication and leadership that G brings every day.

Pretty big shoes to fill, yes? Luckily, we have just the duo to fill them. With G retiring, Amit and Neha have now taken the reins to lead Creative into its next big chapter. Amit has been part of the Creative team for 7 years and knows our team and culture inside out. This husband and wife power couple are the perfect fit and we’re so excited to see them thrive in the role.

Everyone else you know and love is still here, too. Marty is still owning his role as Executive Director, leading key accounts. Mon has been appointed our General Manager after an amazing 16 years with Creative, Jeremy has stepped into the role of Account Director, and Cleo will be returning from mat leave in September.

As for our Creative creatives, they’re continuing to work their magic. So, while there have been some changes (and we’re still in the denial stage about G leaving on 10 July), we’re still thinking, making, doing and collaborating just as we always have.
