Meet the team

By harnessing the power of two decades of agency ownership experience, Marty is an expert at fostering key client relationships and driving growth through strategic input. He is also a self-professed aeroplane geek, travel lover, and Run Director for his local Parkrun on a Saturday morning.

Mon has played a central role in our Creative story, having been part of the team for over 15 years. As General Manager, she builds strong relationships with our clients and team alike to drive long-term strategic growth. She also loves a good true crime documentary to take the edge off.

After almost 20 years as Director, G stepped back into the relaxing (hah) world of retirement in July 2026. Of course, we couldn’t let him go that easily – not just because he’s brilliant at what he does, but because we love having him around. G will remain as Advisor for a time, helping to impart his endless knowledge and ensure a smooth transition.

Cool, calm and collected – that’s our Amit in a nutshell. He’s not only our fearless leader and wise guru by day, but also a wizard at all things digital marketing. Amit also wins the award for most delicious lunch in the office each day, hands down.

Cleo wears many different hats at Creative. She’s not only a highly skilled Senior Account Director, but whips us all into shape around the office. With close to 10 years at Creative under her belt, Cleo forms strong working relationships with our clients and suppliers, bringing people together to deliver ongoing results. What’s more, she also makes a mean rocky road.

Wrangling timelines and workflow can be a hellish job, but our very own Jeremy Hellmuth is well up to the task. A senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in agencies across Perth, Jeremy manages client relationships and project delivery like nobody’s business. He’s also skilled on the design tools and is a master of Dad jobs.

Our resident Gen-Z and social butterfly, Gracie is a social media and digital maestro. She brings fresh perspectives, creativity and precision to our social media campaigns, with a passion for storytelling and connection. Gracie is also a fierce competitor on the netball court.

Erin’s experience as a designer and creative spans over 17 years, with a fair chunk of that time as part of our Creative team. There are many things Erin excels at – strategic thinking, brand designs, logo development and mentorship – but her ability to fill in her timesheets could use some work. Nevertheless, her calm approach and leadership skills make her the ultimate brand ally.

Darren joined Creative fresh from the East Coast, where he thrived despite the lack of sunshine and Coffee Chill. As a highly skilled creative, Darren has over 15 years’ experience across visual and brand identities, motion graphic creation, illustration, 3D modelling and more. He’s also a surfer, skateboarder and classic car enthusiast, and is currently fixing up a vintage Mini. All in a day’s work.

A copywriter with a chemistry degree isn’t something you see every day, but Han has never been one to do things by the book. After beginning her advertising career on the reception desk perfecting her phone voice, she quickly moved up into a creative role and hasn’t looked back. Over 14 years later, she’s worked at some of Perth’s leading agencies, picked up a few awards along the way, and has retained her impeccable phone manner.

Originally hailing from Germany (and a proud member of Perth’s German hiking group), Jen is a true Wunder of efficiency and creativity. Her illustration skills are next level and have added warmth and charm to many of our campaigns. Jen is always ready to share her knowledge and talents with others, including lecturing TAFE students in illustration.

Beneath Terry’s quiet and unassuming surface is a brain that’s so jam-packed with useful trivia that we don’t even know where to begin. He’s a wiz at cryptic crosswords and is equally adept at producing quality annual reports, strategic documents and other weighty print. Add to that over 10 years’ experience and a hunger for knowledge, and you can see why Terry is such an asset to our team.

Crunching the numbers and keeping everyone in line are just two of Neha’s many skills. A highly experienced tax accountant, Neha also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Master of Professional Accounting. Neha and Amit are also our ultimate power couple, working together to create the best opportunities for our team and clients.
